Marc Dentand

Marc Dentand is a partner at Scale2Growth, bringing decades of leadership experience across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, biochemicals, ceramics, real estate development, and asset management.

​

 

He has successfully led acquisitions, joint ventures, and sales of participations. His expertise spans strategic advisory, financial management, and international tax optimization.

​

 

Before joining Scale2Growth, Marc focused on real estate projects in Switzerland, France, and Latin America, emphasizing contemporary architecture and sustainability.

​

He was a partner at RMF Investment Group, where he led the private equity division, scaled the business through acquisitions, and remained head of private equity after RMF’s sale to Man Investment.

​

 

Previously, Marc was Group CFO at Keramik Laufen, managing financial restructuring and M&A, and Finance Head at Jungbunzlauer Group, where he implemented controlling systems and refinanced the company. He began his career as Controller at Sandoz (now Novartis).

​

 

Marc has worked internationally and speaks French, German, English, Spanish, and Italian.

He holds a Master’s in Management from ESCP Europe.
