Solange Bullukian has over 20 years of experience in executive finance role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Accounting Office (CAO), and VP of Finance and Business Development, for global and international scale companies within both Fortune 500 and Start-up spaces in High Tech, Computer, Semi-Conductor and Life Sciences industries.

Throughout her career Solange has specialized in providing successful financial leadership and organizational development for a variety of industries. Additionally, Solange has a proven track record in fostering business creation and growth, both organically and through acquisitions, and scaling up operational and financial infrastructure globally.
​
Prior to founding Scale2Growth in 2017, she was the CFO of Twist Bioscience Corporation, a San Francisco based start-up, where she raised over $125M in funding, radically transformed the administrative and accounting infrastructure of the company. More specifically, Solange led the strategic planning cycles and first international acquisition for the company.
​
Before joining Twist Bioscience, she has served as Corporate Controller and CAO for Agilent Technologies Incorporate. Prior to that, Solange provided executive leadership as CFO for the Life Sciences Group where she oversaw the Group’s fast-pace profitable growth through new product launches, acquisitions and expansion in emerging countries. Earlier in her career, Solange held various escalating finance position both at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard (HP) in Europe and North America.

Through her career in both the Enterprise and Start-up space's, she has gained invaluable hands-on experience, and has demonstrated a proven ability to drive strategic planning, manage equity and debt financings, implement and improve general administrative processes and systems, and most importantly, develop organizations.

Solange effectively translates her broad and diverse experience into her work for her clients; facilitating management and operational achievements of strategic goals to support rapid growth, and improve profitability.

Solange has earned a Master’s of Science in Management, Major Entrepreneurship, from HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) School of Management in France.
Marc Dentand joined Scale2Growth in 2020 as a partner for Europe. Marc has over 25 years of experience in executive positions in multinational firms as a financial controller, CFO, and Executive Board member in private and listed companies. He was a partner of an alternative investment firm in charge of private equity and an entrepreneur.

Over time, Marc has been in management positions in the pharmaceuticals, biochemicals, ceramics and building material industries, real estate development and asset management in Switzerland, the UK, and Latin America. He negotiated and closed numerous acquisitions, sales of participations, and joint ventures. He has a proven track record in strategic advice, business planning, management of finance and administration, contractual work, and international tax optimization

Before joining Scale2Growth, Marc made various real estate developments in Switzerland, France, and Latin America, with a focus on contemporary architecture and sustainability. Previously, he was a Partner at RMF Investment Group (Switzerland), in charge of private equity. He set up the business from scratch and grew it through acquisitions. RMF was sold to Man Investment (London), where Marc remained head of private equity before starting his own ventures.

Before RMF, he was Group CFO and Director of the tiles division of Keramik Laufen, a multinational ceramics manufacturer listed on the Swiss Exchange. The Group was a restructuring case which he refinanced and reorganized via M&A operations and corporate restructuring, in addition to putting in place a professional, SAP-based information system.
​
Prior to Keramik, Marc was Finance Head of Jungbunzlauer Group, a private manufacturer of intermediary products for the food industry, where he set up the controlling systems and refinanced the Group. Before that, he was Controller at Sandoz (now Novartis).
​
Marc is famous for his sharp judgment and grasp of complex cases. He acquired a vibrant and diverse experience in situations of strong growth as well as financial overstretch, which gives him a unique perspective on business situations. Through his international career, he did business in Switzerland, Germany, France, the UK, the US, Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay and speaks French, German, English, Spanish and Italian.

Marc owns a Master's of Science in Management, Major Marketing, from ESCP Europe.
